About Us
Functional Freedom LLC was founded by Justin and Kourtney Randsdorp in 2018 to proudly serve the greater Lancaster area. Justin and Kourtney met in a skilled nursing facility in 2012 as staff Occupational Therapists. Their vision for Functional Freedom was inspired by the eminent need they see for Occupational Therapy to return to its roots: function in a person's natural environment.
Over the years, they have grown into a multidisciplinary practice and added a cash-based site, Functional Therapy & Wellness in Gordonville, PA.
They believe that a patient can benefit from consistency with their therapist, a concept lacking with larger rehabilitation companies. Functional Freedom seeks to assist people in regaining function which can ultimately set them free and ensure the greatest quality of life!
JUSTIN RANDSDORP, BS, MS, OTR/L, CHC, CAPS
Occupational Therapist
Justin studied Kinesiology at Liberty University and received his Master's of Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Justin is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist and a Certified Health Coach. He holds a Holistic Nutrition Certification and an Herbs and Supplements Certification. Justin has served in a variety of leadership and management roles throughout his OT career and is trained in a variety of holistic treatment protocols including reiki, reflexology, and cranialsacral therapy.
KOURTNEY RANDSDORP, MOT, OTR/L, BCB-PMD
Occupational Therapist
Kourtney completed her undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Pittsburgh, earning her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. She is trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is internationally board certified with BCIA in Biofeedback use for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction. Kourtney is certified in LVST BIG and has trained under John Barnes for Myofascial Release Therapy.
